Thermoforming utilizes vacuum, air, or mechanical pressure to form a sheet of plastic against a one-sided mold. Thin-guage forming is used in a wide variety of consumer products, packaging, medical, and electronics applications. Using precision heavy-gauge forming equipment, we have a special facility expressly designed to accomodate forming parts up to 16 feet. As an example, we have formed aircraft engine covers to protect expensive and delicate blades during production and shipping.

Custom Enclosures Enhance Products Inside

Custom thermoformed enclosures are produced in relatively few steps, due to our ability to form deep draws (up to 24”) and tight corners. Unlike metal boxes that need to be cut, welded, sanded, primed, and painted, thermoformed enclosures deliver a more expensive look that actually costs less.
